Reiki has been part of my life for two decades. I trained to Level 2, and in that time I've learned that healing works best when someone feels completely at ease — which is why I come to you, in the comfort of your own home.

Every session is unhurried. We start with a few quiet minutes to settle, then I work with the body's energy to ease tension, encourage rest, and support whatever you're going through right now.
